Why did my books disappear?

If a book has disappeared from your Texidium Library, it means that your license for that book has expired or been revoked.

There are a few reasons why this might happen.

  • If you withdraw from a class before the deadline to drop/add classes, your school may revoke access to books used in that class. In this case, you will not be able to regain access, because the books you lost are only available to students in that class.
  • Some schools provide students with temporary access to their books, but require them to ‘opt in’ by a certain date to keep their access. In this case, you may need to re-order your books through the site where you ordered them originally OR make a payment in person at your school bookstore to regain access.

Note: If you order a book after the opt-in deadline, you will be considered opted-in by default, and you will be charged accordingly. You will not lose access to books for which you have already been charged.
