This error usually occurs when a student attempts to acquire books through their school’s LMS (e.g. Moodle, Blackboard, D2L Brightspace, Canvas) using a web browser that is configured to block third-party cookies.
The solution is to change your browser settings to allow third-party cookies. The process for doing this varies depending on the browser and device you are using. Instructions specific to your device and browser can be found online.
Note: This error may also occur if you try to access a book using Safari while in Private Browsing mode. Switch out of private browsing mode and try to access the book again.
